What Is Combat Yoga?

THE PHYSICAL. This class is a challenging, dynamic vinyasa flow class that cultivates the five areas of physical literacy - strength, flexibility, mobility, balance and movement.

THE MENTAL. Learn the 5 things you can control; yourself, your environment, attacks, situation and finishes. These teachings are derived from both yoga philosophy and martial arts to bridge the gap between training for wrestling, training for yoga and training for life.

Expect intense physical challenge!

21 Day Intro To Vinyasa Flow Challenge

Vinyasa flow is an athletic style of yoga movement that was derived from the ashtanga yoga practice. Vinyasa flow is purposeful movement that uses intentional sequencing of yoga postures that move the spine in every direction, open tense and closed areas of the body, and awaken the dormant potential that quietly awaits your attention on your potential, power and strength.
