Today is day four of how to controlling ourselves, specifically how we present ourselves.
Combat
How you stand is the first battle. Do you have the confidence to face the world with your heart and chest forward, feet firmly rooted and your spine tall and engaged.
Where in life can you change the way you stand that will lead to a better experience?
Yoga
On the yoga mat our alignment is our expression of the pose. It is shaped by our breath and intentions to take ourselves to the edge where comfort meets discomfort.
Where in your practice today did push yourself to the edge and align your body with your breath?
Life
How we align ourselves in life is determined by how we set ourselves up. Our set up is a creation of standards in which we plan to hold ourselves accountable to. It is the effort and attention we pay to our alignment that determines our success.
