Over the next 21 days the focus of this class will cover the 5 areas you can control in combat, yoga and life.

Our Focus Today Is Level Changes
Combat
By changing our level we can move within the same direction with greater depth. If we combine our linear movement around the mat with our vertical level changes more and more attacks open up offensively. Defensively it makes us a fortress with no weak spots.
What area of your life can you change levels to become more versatile and well rounded.
Yoga
As we change levels in yoga the depth of our breath and range of our poses increases. By doing this we can take a position we know and are comfortable in and create a whole new experience.
Write down a few poses you love and over the course of this challenge intentionally push your edge in breath and range. Notice how this makes you feel during the pose and after class.
Life
When we find something we are passionate about our life is filled with joy and curiosity. We tend to become obsessed with learning and doing.
The challenge here is to identify a passion project and take it to a new level. Find different ways to increase your depth and breath within it and see where it takes you.
