What You Can Control

Over the next 21 days the focus of this class will cover the 5 areas you can control in combat, yoga and life. In the first four classes we will discuss the first area you can control - YOURSELF - Today’s focus is how you think.

Ask Yourself These 4 Questions when reflecting about your day

How did I improve mentally today?

What did you learn that will improve your life in the future. What did you learn that made you curious. Did you learn you are capable of doing more than you imagined.

How did I improve physically today?

Did you get stronger. Did you get more flexible. Did you get more mobile. Did you gain better balance. Did you learn how to better move.

Did I help someone else do the same?

By helping others we are able to see and express our own potential. It is in this potential where we realize that our own future is filled with the help of others guiding us through life.

Did I enjoy what I did today?

We get to pick the way we look at the world. Enjoy it and pick what you love spending time doing. .
