
Day 4 - How You Present Yourself
How you stand is the first battle. Do you have the confidence to face the world with your heart and chest forward, feet firmly rooted and your spine tall and engaged.

Day 3 - How You Think
What did you learn that will improve your life in the future. What did you learn that made you curious. Did you learn you are capable of doing more than you imagined.

Day 2 - How You Act
One of the many skills yoga teaches is the ability to act intentionally. This intentional action is a result of listening to the instructions we are given throughout the class.

Day 1 - Breath
Over the next 21 days the focus of this class will cover the 5 areas you can control in combat, yoga and life. In the first four classes we will discuss the first area you can control - YOURSELF - the topic of today’s class was controlling our breath.
