Over the next 21 days the focus of this class will cover the 5 areas you can control in combat, yoga and life. In the first four classes we will discuss the first area you can control - YOURSELF - Today we discussed how to control our breath.

Combat

Self control needed for combat is a combination of strength, flexibility, mobility, balance and movement. Which area did you excel in today and which area needs improvement?


Yoga

Self control in yoga begins with breath. What in today’s class drew your attention away from your breath?


Life

How you eat determines your shape, how you move determines your form and how you breathe determines your tone. By committing to this challenge what tone are you trying to set for 2021?
