How do we create a supportive environment so we can have a more positive experience?

Cultivated the ability to create a supportive environment for a strong and purposeful breath, to have a strong and purposeful practice.

What is in your environment that supports your best self and supports your ability to make skillful choices to continue evolving and growing as a person?

Write a list of your close relationships, work responsibilities, and things you do for fun. Of these things, circle the ones that make it easy to be your best self. Usually these are the people and things that don’t involve gossip, drama or excessive drinking. Notice what ones you didn't circle. Sometimes walking away from things is a power move.
