Mindfulness challenge — don’t be stingy with the time you reserve each day for doing things that you like to do. Free time and self expression are big parts of feeling fulfilled with life.
Today, do something you enjoy for at least thirty minutes. - read, workout, meditate, cook a new recipe, watch a favorite movie, spend time with a friend.
The best way to restore the human spirit, is by doing things that you love.
When we are protective over the time we save for things we want to do, we cultivate an environment where play, and enjoyment are essential to our routine.
What are three ways you can make more space in your routine for “me time” ? What if you did all three, once a week, for an entire month?
